  2009-07-08 - First Panel1.jpg - First drop-in custom wood panel is made. Just testing my jig to make sure the panel fits properly. The panel is constructed of 1/4" oak plywood with a pine moulding trim around the outer perimeter. Everything is glued and then nailed from the back side to eliminate nail holes and putty work.
